Karim Benzema was crowned the best French professional player for the third time in a row and the fourth in his history, which was awarded by the Federation of Professional Players in his country, which was announced during a ceremony held on Sunday evening, in the presence of a group of football stars there, most notably Didier Deschamps, coach of the Dukes.

And the official account of the Federation of Professional Players announced that Karim Benzema won the title of best player abroad, amidst a huge celebration.

For his part, Karim Benzema said, commenting on the award, according to French radio "Monte Carlo": "It is a more special award, especially since it is voted by French players."
